Equipment

Trailer types we work with

Flatbed / Conestoga

Steel, lumber, building materials, machinery. We check tarping and securement requirements before we book, so you don't find out at the shipper. Conestoga lets us take loads that need cover without the tarping work.

Step Deck

Taller freight that won't fit on a flatbed: equipment, vehicles, tanks. We watch the height on every load and check the route for low clearances.

RGN

Heavy and oversize: excavators, dozers, industrial equipment. We handle dimensions, order the permits through our permit partner and find escorts when needed. Permit costs are paid by the carrier. We price these loads for what they actually take, not just miles.

Terms

What it costs

3–4%of gross

The rate depends on the trailer type. That's the whole price. No setup fee, no monthly fee, no hidden charges.

Included

Load booking, rate negotiation, route planning, permits and escorts for oversize, broker setup, rate confirmations, BOL when needed, support at pickup and delivery. Permit fees themselves are paid by the carrier.

Payment

Once a month. At the end of the month we send an invoice to your company for the loads we booked. Payment is due within 10 days.

Contract

No long-term commitment. You can stop at any time. The only thing you owe is payment for the loads we already booked.

Your money

Brokers pay you directly. We never touch your money or your factoring. We only invoice our percentage.

FAQ

Questions we get

Do I need my own MC and authority?

Yes. We dispatch for carriers with their own MC, DOT and insurance. We don't lease you on under ours.

Do you work with new MC numbers?

Case by case. Some brokers won't load a new authority, so it depends on your trailer and where you run. We'll tell you on the first call whether it makes sense.

Who signs the rate confirmation?

We do. Once you approve the load, we sign the rate confirmation on your behalf and send you a copy. The dispatch agreement covers this, no separate power of attorney needed.

Can I refuse a load?

Yes. We send you the load details and rate before we book. You decide. We don't book anything behind your back.

How fast can we start?

Same day the setup is done. Once your paperwork is in and the truck is ready, we start booking.

Do you take a percentage from the broker or from me?

From you, 3–4% of the gross on each load we book. We don't take anything from the broker side.

Can I get a dedicated dispatcher?

Yes. A dedicated dispatcher works only with your company and doesn't take trucks from anyone else. Ask about it on the first call.

Can I leave at any time?

Yes. No contract term, no penalty. You only pay for the loads we already booked for you.
